Shoulder Pain and Frozen Shoulder

Shoulders are one of the most mobile joints in the human body, but they can easily become interrupted by body functional asymmetry. There are more than 20 muscles that affect the correct functioning of your shoulders. Just like in carpal tunnel syndrome, shoulders are very sensitive to repetitive movements and work conditions.

As soon you feel any light interruptions in your shoulder movements, act immediately to avoid unwanted pain and a long-lasting problem. Scapular, or shoulder blades, are one of the most important components of the shoulder structure. I have come across conditions where the left and right shoulder blades have a 5-centimeters difference or are not at the same level. Also in some case, arms have become rotated or inverted by 90 degrees or some of my clients were not able to lift them horizontally.

Bursitis, or inflammation of a bursa, is a common cause of shoulder, elbow, hip or knee pain. As we now shoulders have a great mobility and with that is coming a great risk for stability. A shoulder has 5 joints. That is the another good reason why is a lot of different injuries on shoulder. The most common area of problem is Sub Acromial space. Usually related to shoulder impingement of the bursa between rotator cuff tendons and Sub Acromial bone. This condition is mostly a side effect of repetitive work, overuse of shoulder muscles, fall or trauma.

Frozen Shoulder is not same as a Rotator Calf, tares and impingement. It is completely different. Rotator calf tars are common, impingement is common but forzenshoulder are not common. It is big deal condition. Pain is usually intense. Anti-inflammatory and pain medication or steroids dose not touch it. There is a specific therapy for this condition. Sciatica may come from disc degenerative change in the lumbar and sacral area or a disc bulge pressing against the nerve root. This pain running down the back, thigh, leg and foot is caused by irritation of the sciatic nerve at its root in the spine, the lower back, or sacral area.

Back Pain

Back pain is mostly caused by body asymmetry. It is very important to find the primary reason behind your back pain. The primary problem can be anywhere from the ankles right up to your head.

Most back pains or conditions have a simple physical cause, such as inflamed or strained muscles, restricted joints, or pressure on the nerves. Hip and Knee

Hip and knee function can also be affected by distant areas, such as the pelvis, thigh, calf muscles, neck, and lower limb biomechanics involving and affecting the foot and ankle. This is body asymmetry. Pain in the hip is also commonly caused by a back or knee ailment because of the common nerve supply to these areas. Most of the time, the cause is distant from the actual area of pain.

TMJ or Jaw Pain

A TMJ (temporomandibular joint and muscle disorder) contributes to many health complaints, including functional asymmetry, and is a common reason for many other disorders. It most commonly induces jaw pain, headaches, a clicking jaw, bruxism, neck pain, sinusitis, migraines, hay fever, and tinnitus (affects people of any age).

Carpal Tunnel Syndrome

Carpal tunnel syndrome can be a result of repetitively making the same consistent patterns and movements with your arms. This includes hands, wrists, elbows, and the entire shoulder structure, (shoulder blade/scapular) including the neck. For that reason, the carpal area is just one spot of possible trouble.

Flat Feet

People with fallen arches may roll over to the inner side when they are walking or standing, sometimes causing the feet to point outwards. This is known as over-pronation.

There are many factors that may cause flat feet. With kids or young people, it is always possible to do some level of corrections.
